    - -Modern American fighters getting credit running around like chickens squawking about being best.

Corrupt suits and the dumbest fan base in sports, the reason for boxing continuing to lose market share. Nobody wants to be that dumb.

some fighters (the best ones) are overpaid.

The match making is awful as has been said. If one guy is getting a million and other guy is getting a handjob and bag of peanuts then it’s going to be a crap fight isn’t it.

I wish I knew the purses of all televised fights and I’d just pick the fights that were as close to a 50/50 split.

The fans don’t really demand good fights either. In this instafamous culture.

The best just aren't fighting the best. There are too many ways out of a real fight. Too many belts and divisions is a problem. I think one champion per division and a system that is stuck to no matter what, would help. However, it's about individual stars and the sport will accomodate them for the money. Really, I like the idea of all four ogrs pushing unifications constantly and trying to make that happen and even going as far as to say that if a fighter won't unify, then he gets stripped. That would help, but I don't know. It's so watered down right now. You can't expect much.
