Wilder accepted a $15m offer from Eddie Hearn because 'He wanted to show the fans that he wanted the fight'. When presented with a contract, he didn't sign.***** can get the fight made later this year,he knows the deal a 50/50 split rematch winner gets 65/35 split, its so easy to do but ***** and his gutless coward agay wont play ball,so the fight wont happen,if gutless wanted the wbc belt and was so confident he couldn't lose, why are they worried about the split ????? *****s cash cow.
:: buffoons on here no fook all siding with the gutless coward and dishing the real heavyweight champion of the world..........
::::
Wilder has been offered 60/40 from Matchroom.
Wilder has been offered 3 fight deal with DAZN.
Both rejected.
Wilder has publically admitted that even with a 50/50 split, he wouldn't accept.
Not as easy as you think it is when Wilder runs to the hills when he gets the offer he asked for. Its not one rule for one and one rule for another.
So, when you say 'if gutless wanted the wbc belt and was so confident he couldn't lose, why are they worried about the split ', YOU MUST BE REFERING TO WILDER so I would look at the facts before saying people know 'fook all'.
That is all.Comment

I actually meant wilder fans not wilder himself.at least you know and admit wilder has wanted the fight for the last year but to no avail thanks to hearn and his escapades
yes..i believe either hearn is straight up lying(because its now likely he cant AJ/usyk this year) or he has a good feeling that wilder was just posturing with his "not till 2020" stuff
trust me...the pressure will be on hearn to deliver a good opponent and a big fight for AJ....DAZN isn't going to be happy pumping out big money for ruiz/miller/povetkin level fights.....DAZN might as well soon just realize they'll have to take some sort of piece of the pie from Aj/wilder even with American ppv being involved
wilder can pursue an Ortiz or a fury rematch...obvi neither are as big as aj/wilder but for wilder himself those are both good deals/fights that will make him adequate money for the time being and will not break the bank for showtime/fox/pbc
I think it’s difficult to say someone is lying when they say they hope for something. Unless you know that person personally or you’re a mind reader.
Dazn aren’t ******. If people are turning down 100m+ to fight aj they aren’t going to blame Hearn.
The longer wilder leaves it the worse it will be for him. He hasn’t got a lot of opponents he can really draw with ppv wise so if the aim is to “maximise the revenue by having the fight on showtime ppv” he’s going to have a hard time proving it.Comment

But what you are saying alludes that DAZN have been the consistent platform generating the revenue for Hearn/Joshua, which is 100% incorrect. You need to remember that Joshua has only fought once on DAZN and that was because Matchroom and DAZN signed the deal. Joshua has been selling out 80,000 seater stadiums and selling PPV in UK far longer.at least you know and admit wilder has wanted the fight for the last year but to no avail thanks to hearn and his escapades

If DAZN are unable to land Wilder in the future for a unification bout, that is not Matchroom's problem so very unlikely that DAZN would throw Hearn to the wolves and miss out on a lot of Matchroom stable fights. Its more likely that DAZN would just ditch boxing all together if its not generating the revenue.
All of the money fighters demand now is down to the consistent purses that fighters get when fighting Joshua. Whyte is the prime example of that despite not being the draw, especially in the UK. Even Fury cannot compete in the UK with Joshua's selling power.
Wilder has been given remarkably high offers and continues to decline which is clearly one of three reasons: -
1. He doesn't want the fight/Ducking/Whatever you want to call it.
2. He believes that he is worth what Joshua is to a potential matchup and is therefore holding out for something Hearn say he isn't going to get, basically the same as the point above.
3. Hearn has lied about everything that has been said, with consistency, for a year (Even though a lot has been confirmed by third parties).Comment

Bottom line is Joshua is the branded cash cow and sells out stadiums , has 90% of the belts and has proven PPV figures, wilder has 10% of the belts , doesrnt sell out arenas( let alone stadiums) and has awful PPV figures. If you were brand Joshua would you give parity here ? Wilder has more managers than large corporations ( all wanting their cut) , so I see why he's pushing for 50/50 but that's not joshuas problem ..just seems like a greedy war of attrition and the fans lose out .Last edited by Buggy bear; 05-09-2019, 06:18 AM.Comment

You stopped taking your meds? It's not that The Hearns are amazing it's that so many people don't see their lies!
Usyk is next if his bicep is 'better'....another in house fight that the Hearns can have full control over......period!
Like Barry Hearn say's 'if the Wilder fight never happens but Joshua keeps wining then i'd be happy with that'.....he can't make this any clearer!
All these promoters are the same , the Hearns are no different but their lies are a little more obvious .Comment

the contract that was presented to Wilder was unsigned by Joshua, and it did not contain wording that guaranteed Joshua next
if you think either of those things are a coincidence or a mistake then you should leave adult stuff alone

So what we know....is just like Arum, lying, he's been lying his entire negotiantion, so WHY would he believe him NOW? Haymon has seen all of these tricks before, so there is NO reason to believe anything HEARN SAYS.....FROM 15MIL to 50% Haymon knows Wilder's worth....not some biased forum posters
