Add in that Canelo started as Welter and this is totally different than Garcia moving up. Canelo may win but acting as if it is mismatch only shows how little you all know about boxing

Oscar, like Arum, does not have legit opponents on his roster for his star fighter. Both are calling out Spence because they are desperate for an opponent that boxing fans will respect. I think ESPN is putting pressure on Arum, and I wouldn’t be surprised if DAZN is putting heat on Oscar to come up with great opponents to make mega fights.

I personally don’t think it would be wise for Spence to move up and take that challenge as of yet. I would unify his own division first, which would make a fight with Canelo even bigger coming in as the unified undisputed and undefeated welterweight champ. And honestly don’t think Spence has the style to beat Canelo.

Spence is a massive ww, he would have height and reach advantage over canelo, unlike jacobs he could actually use it. Not saying he would definately win but he will give canelo problems for first half of fight atleast. Down the stretch i think canelo would work him down but it wouldnt be a one sided beat down like garcia Spence was... garcia was far too small for spence, this wouldnt be like that at all.
