Canelo beats Spence rather easily. In fact he beats him so easily, I wouldn't consider it a legitimate win.

Canelo is slicker, hits harder and is bigger in mass. It would be a Khan or Kirkland repeat.

Spence has absolutely nothing in his arsenal to defeat Canelo. I mean he couldn't KO a slow, fat Mickey Garcia who went up two divisions.

Yep, meant motto. It’s just your opinion though about that fight not having significance. I think most would like to see him clean out the division especially since many still say he’s unproven. If you’re advocating for Errol to fight Canelo right now then chances are you don’t like him.

It’s actually the total opposite. I’m a Spence fan. I just come from an era of fight fans that wanna see their favs dare to be great. I also come from an era that’s not scared to see favs lose. And personally, I think Spence has an excellent chance of beating Canelo. And if he gets his ass kicked, so be it. And can go back down to 47 or 54 and continue to be a top guy.

As for Spence proving himself. What is he gonna prove by beating Porter? Spence stopped Brook. Porter was convincingly beaten by Brook. Porter also looked like crap against a bum in his last fight. Thurman and Manny don’t wanna fight Spence. And what would he prove by beating either of them. Thurman won a close decision over Josesito Lopez in his last fight and was damn near stopped. Manny is forty. And we all know Crawford is gonna be a nightmare to make. I don’t see the logic of Spence wasting his prime, hanging around fighting mandatories against bums waiting for fights that may or may not happen. Especially when the fights he’s waiting on really ain’t **** to begin with.

The difference between Mikey jumping up 2 divisions and Spence jumping 2 divisions is Mikey had no big money options. I don't count Lomo as an option because of arum. Spence has numerous paydays at ww in pac, d garcia, thruman, and Crawford. It makes no business sense to fight Canelo next with the options he currently has. He'll make more money with his current ww options overall than he would with 1 Canelo fight. ODLH is just salty about Spencer's comments regarding GBP promoting or lack there of promoting black fighters. Canelo should fight his mando - Charlo. Or Andrade next.

There is a reason oscar de la lusional won't let Alvarez come down to 154 to face Spence or Crawford to even the playing field and there was a reason there was a 170 lb catch weight for Jacobs. Do a little research and realize that Spence spars against bigger and stronger fighters than Clen-elo - just ask the Charlo brothers. He showed his boxing skills against Garcia and at 160, he'd only be stronger than before.
