Well he did beat Linares who held that WBC diamond belt. Linares was guaranteed a shot whenever he wanted one, but Loma beat him so maybe it passed on to him? I am not sure.

I forgot to add in my other post, but this could also in a way be a little trade off between Arum and Hearn. Have Lomachenko fight on ESPN+, while Arum sends Ramirez to DAZN to face Hooker.

WBC made Charlo mandatory at 160 yet most of the people hating on this move from the WBC loved that one/were silent on it. Interesting. And any fool could see Loma has earned sliding to the front of the line way more than Charlo.

As for this discussion, I just think it's unfair that he not only got passed over but has to fight 2 eliminators for a shot that he should be getting now based on the rankings.
