Stiverne chose to voluntarily defend the mandatory position against Breazeale. No different than when Povetkin was allowed to defend his mandatory position against Price.

When Stiverne was moved back to the main event due to Ortiz's test failure, Breazeale was legally entitled to a final eliminator. The WBC went through their ratings in order until a fighter agreed to take the fight. Molina was the highest rated contender willing to take the fight on short notice. The WBC ruled that it would only be considered a final eliminator if Breazeale won, but that if Molina won, Molina would have to face Whyte in a final eliminator.

You know that fat bum Stiverne? How did your crooked organisation make him mandatory?
When Stiverne lost the title by decision, he fell several spots in the ratings like anybody else would. He bided his time while those in front of him lost or left to fight for other titles. Before long, he was the highest rated available contender to face Povetkin in a final eliminator. Povetkin failed another drug test on very short notice after Stiverne had put in a full camp, so it was ruled that Stiverne essentially won the final eliminator by forfeit since Povetkin cheated and Stiverne became the mandatory.

Whyte has been calling out Wilder for years and offering him then career high paydays but he chose to voluntarily fight Ortiz and Fury for far less money put together

Breazeales fake final eliminator against Molina is null and void as Molina was formally suspended from all competition by UKAD/WADA for failing a test after the Joshua fight it makes a mockery of the WBCs clean boxing program

The WBC called for an eliminator when Whyte was taking a bigger fight for more money against Chisora. Plus, Whyte has already said that Ortiz and his side turned down a big money offer for the fight. after what they did with AJ, I can see this being the case.

Whyte turned down the eliminator for the IBF for 2 reasons. 1) Whyte could get a fight with AJ any time he wanted anyway. 2) A bigger fight for more money against a higher ranking fighter at home was on offer over taking on Pulev for less in Bulgaria.
these are facts no one can deny.

The WBC are protecting (enter name here). Weve heard this so many times through the years about a number of fighters, mainly American fighters. Nothing changes. The WBC are not an honest organization they are the worst of the bunch and that once great green belt is now THE MOST TAINTED of all the world titles. Infact it has got that bad im already calling Anthony Joshua the UNDISPUTED champion. Wilder and the PBC want to pretend Joshua or fighting for undisputed doesnt exist so we should just forget the WBC and Wilder exists. Wilder popped his head up at the top level, nearly got knocked out by Ortiz but got saved by cheating officials and then should of lost to Fury but got saved by cheating officials. Its time for Deontay to sink back to a lower level of opposition where the WBC will drip feed him mandatorys from the lower rankings and raise them for Wilder to feed on.

No need for vague sarcasm to hide the fact that you don't have a position. If you have a position, just tell me and we can discuss it.

If you want to list all the excuses for why he's refused to fight a final eliminator, fine, but you can't then act like the WBC or IBF is doing something shady by not naming him mandatory. He absolutely refuses to fight to become the mandatory. He wants to become mandatory by attrition, which was deemed illegal by the federal government.

Are you also aware that Ortiz turned down a pay day to fight whyte?

Why? This is the third year in a row he refuses to fight a final eliminator, but continues to complain that he's not mandatory.

Number one with the WBC. Can't get a title shot.
Has been offered multiple final eliminators and refuses to accept.

Number one with the WBO. Usyk moves up in weight to take the mandatory.
Blame Hearn for that one. Povetkin was the WBO mandatory and Hearn convinced the WBO to pretend he wasn't so that Usyk could be used to delay the Pulev fight.

The fight was ordered by the WBC as a final eliminator. If the fighters can't strike a deal, you go to a purse bid. Ortiz didn't turn down the fight, Whyte did.

He's a chump. Doesn't want to fight for his spot. He thinks Browne, Parker, and Chisora none of whom the WBC asked him to fight is supposed to automatically make him mandatory.

He's had probably 3 paths to get this fight.

                    A. Fight Ortiz
                    B. Fight Brezeale
                    C. When Hearn turned down Wilder the first time he asked for 7-8 million, only to turn right back around and offer it to Wilder when the Fury fight was being finalized.

He should hurry on with his lawsuit so he can look ****** in court. Alternatively he should yell at his promoter.

The fight was wrongly ordered as a 2nd final eliminator over a year ago Wilder hasn’t even fought his first final eliminator yet the WBC is a mess
