Stiverne was the WBC world heavyweight champion. He lost a decision to the #1 contender and fell to #4 in the ratings. Perfectly reasonable.

The three fighters in front of him were Povetkin, Perez and Fury.

Povetkin and Perez fought in an eliminator and Perez lost by 1st round KO and then fell behind Stiverne.

Tyson Fury won the WBA, IBF and WBO titles and was removed from the WBC ratings.

Meaning Stiverne was next in line to fight Povetkin in the final eliminator. Povetkin failed his drug test on short notice, Stiverne threatened to sue, and was named mandatory as it wouldn't have been fair to make him go through another full camp, especially when the mandatory was already so over due.

No you cannot accept the facts the WBC publicly said it was a mistake and confirmed it to journalists I posted a link earlier from the journalist Michael Benson who posted the letter from the WBC

No Eric Molina was banned at the time of the Wilder and should never of been in the ring it’s a disgrace and makes a mockery of the WBCs clean boxing program his ban of 2 years started from 27th October 2017

Yeah we already talked about that on here many times. The fight was never a final eliminator. Like you said Michael Benson posted the screenshot of the WBC denying it was. Then they confirmed it later saying they made a mistake. The good thing about these things is, they were in print. So let no paid shill try to change that facts for you.

            • Thanks for putting this out there again. What’s in print can not be denied.

The blatant duck of Joshua has certified this coward of a paper champ ducking Whyte

It was announced publically 22nd May 2018 (although acknowledged that several “insiders” were already aware as the promoters were informed when initial tests were found earlier in the year).

That said - I still don’t understand your argument or apparent need to defend the wbc at all costs. Almost the entire boxing community acknowledge that they made rather silly decisions in hindsight here and for some reason you seem very reluctant to acknowledge it.

Secondly I'm pretty sure that Ortiz answered the call out and said he would fight Whyte in the UK. Whyte chose the money fight with Chisora.
Oh no doubt Whyte ducked the rematch with AJ. That is legit. The others aren't.

All was agreed in the rematch with Chisora, just the money was the sticking point. When Chisora walked away, Whyte thought he was free to fight so accepted the Ortiz fight. But then Chisora came back after hearing all this because he thought he'd be left with no dance partner. The fight was then signed and sealed. It wasn't a duck of Ortiz if the Chisora fight was being discussed for months beforehand and a much bigger fight for the fans. Plus, more money was on the table.

I've said this a few times now, but people like you still want to call duck in that situation. It's bullshlt. You just want to call him a duck for Whyte scaring your boyfriend in Wilder and get even by being spiteful. Sorry, but it isn't true. Nor is all the other nonsense people like you come out with.
