This idiot was saying he doesn’t know who Usyk was 6 months ago.

      I agree.

At the end of the day, he can bulk up all he wants, he's still going to be the smaller man against the big top heavyweights, so there's no point in going up too much to a weight he isn't comfortable at just to be near in size. He just needs to embrace being the quicker, smaller fighter and use it to his advantage.

You just never know. Lots of people doubted Holyfield moving up. And back then cruiserweight was only 190. Of course, Evander proved them all wrong with his skill, heart and conditioning. And he was strong too. Usyk may not have Holyfield's brute strength, but he is a far more complete fighter than nearly every heavyweight. We'll just have to see.

I'm a Dillian Whyte fan but I think he's wrong here, I think Usyk will be top 5 heavyweight soon and be a threat to anyone.

If Holyfield managed to move to heavyweight and cause tremors I don't see any reason why Usyk can not do the same. He is skilled and strong. Anyone who thinks he can just walk Usyk down will get the shock of their lives.e

I gotta agree with Snatch...usyk might outbox and stop some HWs here and there but once he gets cracked he will be going back down to cruiser or light heavy. I def don't see him as a top 5 hw anytime soon

There is a youtube clip where Usyk is cross-training with what looked like a Ukrainian olympic weight lifter and that's where he says his goal is 97kg to 100kg (214 to 220lbs).

There is a part where he shows the front of his legs and jokes 'boxers legs', but couldn't work out why his thighs were black and blue from bruises.

No idea what training regimen he's going through, but it looks different.

usyk is 6.3, only an inch shorter than parker, whyte, and miller. hes taller than takam and povetkin. once he puts some muscle mass on there wont be too much of a size difference to him and the top guys with the exception of the big 3. looking at him train for takam fight (weights etc) he is very lean with skinny legs, he'll fill out with training, he wont ever look like holy however hes probably not taking the same 'supplements'.

If his chin holds up he'll be fine. We won't know until he gets hit by a guy like Wilder, Joshua, Whyte, Ortiz, etc.
