99% of boxers are on PEDs, so I can't say I'm surprised with the WBAs miniscule 6m ruling. All I know is that the combination of drugs that Millers taken over the years, combined with the shame & embarrassment of losing out on close to 7m plus bucks - is enough "punishment" to last a lifetime, and enough punishment to affect his health(!) - of course, not in a good way. The guy has basically obliterated himself. All the tough talk of where he's come from, and all the obstacles he's overcome, is pretty much found in the strength of PEDs...

I'm shocked but then again, not totally so. This just shows that boxing is not serious about punishing those using ped's. It's a laughable punishment. It's like the tour de france was, as they must relayed the message of “well, 95% of athletes dope anyway, so just leave it”. Having said that, doping won't improve boxing skill and give you a better chin. De La Hoya still beat up the steroid using Vargas when they fought, as a case in point. That doesn't mean they have to stop these cheaters.

Vargas was already damaged against Tito. His punch resistance wasn't the same against Oscar.

Did you forget that PEDvetkin got a title shot after the same exact thing happened to him (failing multiple tests)?

Miller will get his if Joshua doesn't end up losing to Wilder first.

And then they compensated Canelo with a huge payday during his ban.

VADA caught Miller with EPO, HGH, and an anobolic steroid, but since VADA has no jurisdiction, Miller only gets banned for 6 months by a sanctioning body.
