Ruiz will bring the pressure with fast hands.

Let's see whether Joshua will fight backwards like Parker did.

AJ is as big as those guys but far more dangerous. You don't need to be fighting a killer like that until you are absolutely ready physically IMO.

That's why Hunter is being built up, because he is not yet ready, even though I've no doubt he would be game and fearless.
That's fair. Do you think Usyk will be ready, after this fight in May?

Joshua to fight short-notice foe Ruiz on June 1
          Dan Rafael
          ESPN
          May 1, 2019:

One by one, candidates were weeded out, such as Ortiz, whose team turned down $5 million for the fight -- likely because of the promise of a rematch with titlist Deontay Wilder later this year -- and Hunter, whose style Joshua's team didn't like. Ultimately, it came down to Ruiz and Bryan, whose promoter, Don King, put the hard press on Hearn to make the fight.

This is the top 15 as per boxrec, who do you suggest he fights in this climate when hes either beaten everyone or they are ducking??

Expecting an AJ KO, Ruiz hasnt been stopped but also hasnt exactly fought killers with real power.

As he's undisputed cruiser then I'd probably say yeah.

I see Hearn said he didn't like the fight stylistically which is different to how I see it as Hunter is no defensive runner.

But Ruiz bringing Hispanic backing, and possibly being better conditioned to bring war at heavyweight is also fair to say from Hearn when he's looking to put on a show.

If Usyk is ready, then so is Hunter! Hunter has stopped 3 HWs already, Usyk just fighting his first! Hunter has good skills! Nowadays, that equals a "defensive runner" for the casual fans!
