Becuase it does next to nothing for AJ or Wilders reputation and drawing power.

And he'd probably have to pay Wilder too much to fight on standard TV since the PPV would be a flop.

It's a good replacement fight and still a more solid opponent than Schwarz and Breazeale.

Quick hands, decent power, never been stopped. Very close fight against Parker.

Ruiz will come to fight and at least try to go down swinging.

I think I like this more than the Hunter option, I'm just waiting for Hunter to fill out into the weight a little bit before taking him more serious, same as Usyk.

Did you see what Hunter did to Ustinov? I think he would've been a better option, in terms of skill! Ruiz is there for his "potential" to draw the Latino fight fans!
