It’s sad that HBO doesn’t exist anymore because you would be perfect for the job

all you gotta say. i'm fine with it at this point. just don't act like you won the canelo fight when you're tuning up. and don't act like you are the most avoided fighter or most dangerous fighter in boxing any longer.

golovkin labored in obscurity in europe and the amateurs for a long time. when he came to the US he was avoided by cotto, martinez, and for a while, canelo. he had the style and talent to be a top earning boxer, and thet're making up for lost time and cashing out.

it really didn't sit well with me when they fired sanchez. that's crazy to me. that's a big, big change. let me know they were less serious about boxing than they used to be.
What does Golovkin taking a tuneup has to do with the belief that he won Canelo fights, or that he was avoided for a long time?

Canelo also took a tuneup after the 2nd fight. Many fighters do. I assume Golovkin took much longer due to both age and all of these promotional/trainer issues he needed to sort out.

We should start a go fund me so we can finance something like that, it would be epic if Rolls accepted which I’m sure he knows he’s getting KTFO

You wanna know who waited for Golovkin to take a hard fight and get a little older, because he didn't want to risk a loss? You wanna know who fucked off one huge payday failing a PED test & got suspended because he didn't want to risk a loss? You wanna know who gave up his belt, rather than fight a more prime, fresh Golovkin? One guess.

I don't think Andrade was ever an option. The bull**** excuses made not to fight a top guy in the division.

He does have his mandatory. Andrade even said it that he wasn't free to fight ggg because of his mandatory.

“But because DAZN is trying to establish themselves in Canada and Steve’s from Canada, I figured that this would be a good starting point for us.”

Then why not fight him in Canada?
