If Crawford beats Spence the PBC loses the WW strangle hold. Haymon is not having it.

      great post!!

I've been saying the same thing, bobby is ruining his career.

And now Bobby has the perfect builtin excuse not to fight spence -- he will demand a 50-50 split, and when Hayman turns him down, he will accuse spence of ducking crawfish.

At one time crawfish was more popular than spence, but now crawfish is losing popularity (by fighting bums) while spence is becoming the face of boxing. A fight with manny would be huge.

Jerry Jones would host it at cowboy stadium. Showcase some popular mexican fighters on the undercard and it would be epic.

As usual we the fans suffer. Spence / Crawford two undefeated champs in their primes. One of the best fights to be made in years. Spence will eventually demand it after he cleans up rest of division

TC screwed himself over, and all this yelling on behalf of his manager and his promoter to get Spence is a sure indication that they have ZERO other opponents worth mentioning to fight.

Don't get me wrong...I'd love to see Spence/Crawford...But Spence has an opportunity to get all the belts with the exception of the WBO, with fights in house. Why wouldn't he go that route? If not Spence, who does crawford fight next?

I'll tell you what- show me a Bob Arum that's willing to play ball in terms of network dealings, WITH an apology to Al Haymon, and I'll show you a fight that gets made by the end of the year.
Yeah Crawford should have known better than that. Re-signing with TR was definitely not the move to make. No legit options at WW.

I wanna see Spence vs Crawford too. But like you said the easier belts for Spence to claim are with PBC. Arum is going to have to play ball to make this fight happen. Let's face it Spence vs Thurman, Porter and Pac are all good fights. Crawford is on the outside looking in unfortunately.

BoMac can say all he wants, but he knows this fight isn't happening anytime soon! I don't think saying anything else is "*****" helps ESPN. They need to talk up Bes***** and Kavaliauskas, maybe call out Jose Ramirez! I was hoping Hooker would move up but I hear he and Bud are good friends, so I doubt it!

I still think Arum should call Haymon directly, and make a proper offer to Danny Garcia! Danny's performance was just as good as Crawford's and they fought on the same night! Money talks! The offer has to more than Khan's deal! $7 million plus upside from the PPV! However, I think that PPV will do better than the Khan fight, and MSG would be lit!

CRAWFORD needs to call HAYMON asap and get with PBC. All the top WW's are there.

There's still gonna be no 1 else for him on TR at 47 or 54 & none of the other PBC cats would wanna fight him & even if they did there's no way they'd keep doing joint network fights.

If Spence wins you know he's still got other options thateventually Al will enforce but likely he'd go to 54 where he still has a ton of options and he could probably win all of them.
                    Well yeah....

Should Bud beat Spence he can safely move up without much criticism on him. I mean, beating Thurmans and Porters would be a bonus but Spence actually is the man to beat in the division for Crawford and vice versa.

Anyhow, should that thing happen, Bud don't need to move up in weight. He can just go back to fighting 2ndtier opponents from then on cause all welterweights will be gunning after him as he's established himself at the top beating Spence.

Anyone who knows anything about boxing, acknowledges that Bud beats Garcia, Porter and Thurman 9 times out of ten. Sooooo ... Spence is the only one who presents a real challenge. C'mon Spence, dare to be great! ... not another Mayweather.
