Too many mfers always on extremes. You're either #1 or you're trash. I call bs on that.

Is Abel the #1 trainer in the game? F#ck no.

Is Abel a terrible trainer? Hell f#cking no.

Abel is a quality trainer. Does he have some holes in his game, kinda like anyone does in w/e game they are in? Sure. Is he the perfect trainer for any type of fighter? Nah. Is GGG & Abel not working together probably a good thing for GGG? Yea it probably is.

    That sh^t don't mean he's a terrible trainer.

But also I side with GGG, if you can't get results, don't pay.
This (minus the "no one could of saved GGG in the 2nd fight" cuz I & most of the people around me watching the fight had GGG winning the 2nd fight, I had it 7-5 GGG, but you can't complain about the decision when its THAT close either).

I don't think Abel is great at cornering. Making adjustments during fights.

I've heard various people say Big Bear/high attitude training is bs. I've heard various people say Abel overtrains guys.

The guy is by no means perfect, but you don't get as many high level guys as clients if you aren't doing quality work for them. Boxers aren't just going to Abel like lemmings cuz Abel was with GGG. Not that the GGG connection didn't get eyes on him that might otherwise might not have been, but how many training sessions do you have with a terrible trainer that you are trying out cuz he's with a notable guy before you cut your losses? I'd argue not too many. I don't think Abel has a high profile client list now, during GGG & before GGG if he was terrible.

I wasn't sure if Saucedo was still with him but I guess that answered my question. Not been a good 12 months or so for Abel.

Does he even have a high profile client list now? Everybody seems to be leaving him.

Could be he's now 2Jabs - there's definite similarities in the slightly quirky sense of humour and the tendency to veer into nonsense at times - but I ain't completely sure. Dude's basically harmless though and even witty at times... better at least than the negative mfers on here who never seem to have a good word to say about anyone.
