I got SOOOOOO much hate from GG fans, for literally years, because I criticized Abe. I'm curious to see what those people have to say now that Abe is trashing GG.

This is why fans need to grow tha *** up and not defend everything associated with their favorite fighter. Just because you like him doesn't mean his trainer, promoter, manager, friends, etc need to be defended.

Honestly, I never heard him giving any sort of useful instruction in Golovkin’s corner. Especially during his toughest fights with Jacobs and Canelo, he was there for moral support and holding the spit bucket but not much else. He never offered adjustments, solutions, or insight. I wondered why Golovkin did not replace him sooner.

I thought that too. Honestly I said it a few times. Sometime in the middle of the fight I would hear him forget what round he's in it just say something that had no relation to the fight.

But changing trainers right now isn't going to change anything. He won't get better and his athleticism isn't going to magically reappear. I guess he can not try Mexican style it might give him another year and not be punch drunk.
