It’s not “desire to blame a side”, it’s just a frank assessment of where the blame naturally lies.

The way I see it, if you talk about being willing to fight a guy for free and act like you’re desperate for a shot at the titles, call the champion a puss.y and say that he won’t fight you etc. Then it looks kind of odd when you then report that you’re turning down an opportunity to fight the guy for literally ten times your highest payday because you want to get twenty times your highest payday (assuming Ortiz is telling the truth because we’ve only heard his side of this).

We don’t know the full facts, as you’ve said, but even for $5m it seems ludicrous to me that Ortiz would turn it down. It doesn’t seem anything like as ludicrous for Hearn to offer less than he did to Miller for Ortiz... challengers should be hungry and actually WANT to fight for the titles in my opinion; I don’t think it’s sensible for them to risk the chance at history and making bank for the sake of getting pissy about a 15-20% pay cut.

I think he’s cycling off PEDs, personally.

    • Ortiz fuuxked up big time he should have taken it.

He’s acting like he’s some young cat coming up still waiting to make a splash he’s at the end of his career but had he taken it and beaten Aj he wudda been in controlled and made triple of what he got.

Dumb move by his team he should ***** slap those idiots.

Natural or artificial assessment aside, assessing blame can be entertaining and frustrating at the same time. Having all the correct information is key. Sometimes we don't get all the information that goes into a decision.

Miller fought Duhaupas, Washington and wach. These guys are literally all exactly on the same low, fringe level.
Point is, those guys are NAMES at HW. We've seen some of these guy fight a "who dafuq is that?" type of opponent before.

As I said, there are only about 10 decent HWs worth watching nowadays, and I use the "worth" loosely.

It was a crazed opinion that made no sense. Just like so many of "You people" do on here. If you can't see that Ortiz had set his bar for a world title fight at 500K then that's your fault, not mine. 5 Mill is huge. However, Hearn has come out and called that sum a lie and said he offered more than that. Ortiz is a joke that should be forgotten about and ignored after all his talk about wanting AJ at any price. He's proved himself to be a coward just like the rest are in the division.
I stopped reading after the first sentence. You're pathetic for even stooping that low....it shows your level of intellect, such as it is.

You simply can't handle a debate without resorting to "you people", but if my mom slept with her cousin and birthed me, then I'd talk in the same fashion as you.

Move along, you stunk up the joint already.

This comment didn't age well. Ortiz manager Jay Jimenez admits his side is to blame for the fight not happening due to greed...

I'm sorry about that Sid. What I meant to say was that you were flaming everyone on this topic. Now to address your original premise.

You said that I was wrong for suggesting that Luis Ortiz was not juicing. Well, the reason why I came to that conclusion is because King Kong is currently enrolled in the VADA's clean boxing program. So he would be a fool to cheat when he knows there's a chance of him getting caught.

Maybe he is or maybe he isn't. I can't prove that for sure and neither can you or anyone else. It's just like I said. I believe he was coached and instructed to not take the offers by Eddie Hearn/DAZN under any circumstances.
