If the fight was "turning", why'd you quit?

That is utterly ridiculous.
No "schooling" at all (sorry but that's a ****** comment).
No "lucky punch" at all. (A very smart faint blow to the body, to set up a brutal face punch, a Canelo trademark move).
No "winning every round easily" yet another ****** comment. Khan won maybe the 1st round "easily" --flashy face punches, that was it-- but from there on, since the 2nd round, Canelo was flattening Khan with brutal body punches, and actually winning every single round after the 1st, give or take the 2nd maybe. Just the 1st round was won "clearly" by Khan, that's it.
I am ready for an angry response (which I will ignore of course) for calling such comments "******" BECAUSE THEY ARE. I watched the whole fight. The punishment Khan was getting in the body was brutal, and Canelo was just slowing him down to prepare for what you mistakenly and ridiculously call a "lucky punch."
You must be a Crawford fan or something, to utter such ridiculous comments, trying to dismiss Canelo. Possibly Crawford actually is a much better boxer than Canelo, but that doesn't mean that any of the ridiculous assessments about Canelo-Khan you just made are true. After the 1st round, Khan was being taken apart slowly, and in fact it took actually too long for him to be knocked out unconscious. It took that long because evidently he takes body shots much better than face shots and Canelo is more of a body puncher than a face puncher.
I am no Canelo fan and like I wrote above, I think Crawford is a better boxer than Canelo, but if I read something totally ridiculous, I feel like I need to set it straight even if the person being corrected for writing utter lies hates me for stating the truth.
pro-tip for recognizing sarcasm in this forum: when someone puts the word "doe" at the end of a sentence, he's not being seriousComment

Crawford was really struggling at that point. Khan was starting to heat up, and T-Bud was looking spent. The tide was turning. Khan was landing some huge shots. You could see Crawford fading like crazy. No wonder he got sloppy and threw a low blow. It wasn't intentional, he just wasn't able to control his arms anymore.
I'd call this fight a robbery if Khan hadn't quit. It's criminal though, to be taking a serious beatdown after shooting your wad in the first few rounds, only to foul the hell out of your opponent and walk away with a win.
This is going to damage Crawford's P4P race -- big time. Also we can expect Garcia, Porter, even Thurman to start clamoring to fight Crawford, to get some of that easy work.Comment

For all we rag on Khan (totally deserved), there are 12 pages of comments on here. The guy pushes buttons on the average boxing fan, don't he? For a "B" level fighter and a decent but not great career, he could give lessons on how to stay relevant even after 4 years of bad boxing.Comment

Amir Khan is determined to fight on to restore his reputation after being accused of quitting in Saturday's WBO welterweight title defeat by Terence Crawford. The 32-year-old controversially withdrew in the sixth round at New York's Madison Square Garden after Crawford threw a low blow, and he has since been heavily criticised by both the champion and neutral observers.
