He is saying this after just a day ago he put out a public statement denying this and any illegal use and saying I will be vindicated. But today he was busted again with another failed test this time for HGH. So he was lying all week and now only saying this because today's failed test is now the 3rd failed drug test in his professional career all for different illegal drugs. This man is beyond scum and damn sure isn't sorry he just knows he is out of excuses.

This is exactly what all fighters/athletes do when they get caught. I can guarantee 100% when anyone says "It was substance I didn't know was in an asthma inhaler" or whatever - it is ALWAYS a lie. I can't emphasis this enough - it is NEVER true.

Miller knows hes getting tested, he wouldn't take PEDs unless he thought he had a masking process to beat the testers. Clearly something went wrong with that process.

Like you say, 99% of the top guys are all doing it, The best resourced guys wont get caught. You can bet AJ has a team of guys monitoring his levels constantly and helping him avoid detection. Probably a big part of why he only fights in the UK, he cant exactly fly his team of chemists over to the US to check his bloods and piss daily.

I think he could afford to bring his medical aides over, don't you?

Miller doesn't seem to have ever seen a drugs test before this fight.
