Eddie explained how he works in an interview with IFL. Nobody is "his fighter" they are his clients who use his services as and when they want to.

I think the only fighter Hearn has a long term contract with is AJ, because of the AJ/Matchroom/Sky UK exclusivity deal.
He's signed plenty of guys to multiple fight deals. Andrade signed a multiple fight deal with him, as did the likes of Jacobs etc. Those guys are signed to Matchroom USA and have deals with fighting on DAZN.

Bivol's deal is also a multiple fight deal with Matchroom, but it's not the Matchroom USA deal where he has to fight on DAZN. Rafael originally reported he will fight exclusively on DAZN, but that seems to be wrong. So really nothing is holding Bivol from fighting on ESPN against the other top LHWs. GREAT news!

Yep. Matchroom co-promotional deal with the option to go elsewhere for a big fight. Sounds good but even the lhw guys at ESPN aren't unifying.

Not yet at least, but that is par for course. If a promoter has control of the division, he's going to try to milk all the in house match ups before having his guys unify against each other.

There is nothing to stop Andrade and Jacobs fighting on another promoter's show if they want to. If they have a network exclusivity deal with DAZN that is between them and DAZN, not them and Matchroom.

DAZN and Matchroom are 2 separate organisations.

He's said on plenty of occasions that Matchroom USA fighters can only fight on DAZN. And Jacobs didn't just sign a Matchroom USA deal, he also signed a three fight deal exclusively with DAZN, so no, he can't fight elsewhere.

I think most likely Bivol gets shut out.

Unless he signs a network deal with ESPN, that is the most likely scenario here. Arum is in power at LHW, unlike at WW, so he's going to do what he has to here to keep the fights in house.

is bivol still working with main events I know he's signed with hearn but is he being co promoted? main events is now a Top rank espn promoter so it shouldn't be too hard for bivol to go to espn. duva brought kovalev over to espn.
