People keep saying Hunter is the most likely opponent since he's already in camp. He's fighting on the Usyk card.

Why not offer Usyk the fight & make Hunter vs Takam instead?

Since these non-Hearn fighters are turning down the fight because they aren't in camp. Hearn has two heavyweights currently in camp. And Usyk is better than Hunter.

So why not make Usyk vs AJ?

There's always a way out of that. And I'm sure Takam would fight Hunter for the same amount of money he's getting to fight Usyk. You don't have to cancel the Takam fight. Just switch opponents

No way Usyk's management would throw him in with AJ when he's got zero HW experience. If he waits a year gets a couple fights under his belt he'd have a much better chance of winning.

that might be true but it doesn't make him a better opponent for Joshua. Hunter has HW fights under his belt already, 2 against fighters at least as big as Joshua.
