If so then he doesn't have his clients best interest in mind.

Why would PBC prevent this fight from happening? Ortiz has fought Wilder already and he's a the tail end of his career.

What is lance basing his sense on? It's an absolute no brainer for PBC to let Ortiz take this fight. Career high payday with legitimate chance at winning. Hes old, has no belt and doesn't have anywhere near the star-making upside as wilder, so I doubt they'd try to talk him out of it like they did with deontay.

Make the fight! Shorter notice but still some time to prepare but actually tougher for AJ if anything to now try and prepare for a Southpaw. So it is very risky for AJ and clearly he has way more to lose! If it is the same purse they was going to give Miller, maybe even try to squeeze a little more out of them because they're clearly desperate for a quality opponent for AJ then you do it

Legally can Al Haymon really block this fight from happening? After all, he is not a promoter but only an advisor. If Haymon can't then perhaps Luis Ortiz should consider firing him. Motherfuck that! Take this opportunity Ortiz. Take your destiny and fate into your own hands. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity if Hearn and Joshua are not bluffing.

                      Yeah I do.

I guess I haven't paid too much attention to Ortiz.
