It is, but Cuba is a very poor country, and the free health care reflects that. I don't know what's wrong with Ortiz's daughter, but if she needs expensive treatment he will have to pay for it, probably in the US.

The way it would work is that Ortiz gets the same deal for fighting AJ that Miller got.

If Miller has a deal with DAZN - which I didn't know anything about - then that is between him and DAZN.

If DAZN offer Ortiz a deal too, then given that the guy has fought for peanuts so far and is desperate for money to pay for his sick daughters care, I think he would grab it with both hands.
