Now that I think of it this is the most likely choice. Hunter is with Matchroom USA and is less dangerous than Luis Ortiz
I've seen him fight only once. Wasn't really impressed.

Would be a huge disappointment if AJ was to fight a cruiserweight in his U.S debut

Obviously he's less dangerous than Ortiz, but to the point of having absolutely zero chance of winning. That's no good.

    Whyte or Ortiz.

This is America, man. Our biggest star in the sport is a Mexican who lives in Mexico. We don't give a shit.

      It should be Ortiz.

Hunter is way underrated but yes, it should be Ortiz.

I'm sure Hearn saw those fights and shook in his boots. hahaha
They want to say that so that they can say to themselves that Wilder's resume is not that far behind from Joshua's.

Maybe not a lot less dangerous, he's coming off 3 KOs at HW. If he could take Joshua into the late rounds I'd give him a real chance of outlasting Anthony and stopping him late...If he could last that long that is.

              Of course.

Ortiz is the only fighter in the world who's better than world champions despite not proving it ever.

Yeah, though I'm guilty on having picked Ortiz to beat Wilder, but not because of how skilled Ortiz is, it's because of Wilder being just that horrible .

I doubt Ortiz would ever be favorite over Joseph Parker or Dyllian White, way too static and too slow.

No. More chance than Miller ever had. How was Miller going to make it happen. Not a big puncher and a tank no bigger than Joshua's. No, Hunter would have a real chance.

You're kidding right? I hope so.

Miller had some elements to his game constant pressure, physicality, weight, bully type presence. AJ has had trouble with stamina, so if Miller is there after 5-6 rounds it will be interesting imo.

Michael Hunter is not good enough or big enough to pose any type of trouble to AJ.
