Laila Ali or Anne Wolf would be favorites against her.

I love claressa. But would she beat ann wolfe, or laila? I saw laila live. I'm still stuck on how good looking she was, so all i recall of the fight was it was a 4 round beat down... Lucia rijker was a hell of of a fighter too, although smaller.

Shields is good and getting better.

But yeah... the question is can she be put above the likes of Laila Ali, Ann Wolfe, and Lucia Rijker? Not conclusively.

            At least not yet.

Cecilia Braekhus is probably the best of all time.

She probably meant "woman boxer". Shouldn't we be able to tell if that't the case at the end of her career?

She is on a very promising pro career start, that's for sure. And demolishing Hammer wasn't much of a surprise.

I think these days such proclamations cause more of a resonance than in Ali's time, when that sort of stuff was new and cool. Being a bit more humble is more of a theme now, she should take note. And if she wants to see how its done she can look at Braekhus or Klitschko.

Or we can just write this off altogether as adrenaline/happiness stuff where she wouldn't know what she's saying

When did humility become a vacant title?

She said in an interview she likes that phrase the same way Muhammed Ali used to do it during his career. Muhammed Ali said it even before he was a champ because he believed he was the greatest.
