Shields is young and very good, but as impressing as that performance was, she wouldn't have beater Ali or Wolfe on Saturday. She hasn't reached her peek so maybe someday she may be better, but not today.

Not sure why people are so freaked out by her statements and how she is acting, that is marketing 101 in this market. Floyd was a no name until he went from Pretty Boy Floyd to ignorant Money Mayweather. Connor McGreggor and Ronda Rousy can retire millionaires because they followed that same approach. Shields will make sure people pay to see her win or get knocke the bleep out like Floyd did. Your actually 100% right with all of your points. And I forgot about that. She is doing good job too because every time they put a mike in front of her, every interview, she is the greatest thing since sliced bread. When she started out, I wanted her to win and be great. Now, I’m curious if anyone can beat her in the ring. I doubt it. I don’t see any fighters that can beat her today. So she will probably run the table. And a lot of these young fighters like you said watched Floyd growing up.

Why does her comments make you uncomfortable because you're an underachiever? or is it because its a female saying it when many men before her made the same claim?

This is not misogyny speaking or a vapid reckoning reflecting self image.
It is simple observation regarding the apparent alienation of history when interpreting one's place in it.
