Boxing landscape has changed but Bob at the time had to go big to keep Crawford or else he could have very easily left to the PBC. 3 million at that time was A LOT but now? Considering what GGG is making and what Wilder got offered? It's pretty much the going rate for guys of Lomachenko's, Crawford's, Mikey's etc caliber.

If Crawford is about to make 10 million and Khan is about to make six million, then this PPV really better do around 325-350k buys. The gate for this fight isn't going to be anything special. May get around 1.5-2M but not much more, if any. UK buys won't do better than 30-40k.

At least the next few fights for Crawford will be off PPV unless he gets one of the PBC WWs. But he should be getting very good pay days on ESPN+ regardless. 8 figures type pay days? Highly unlikely, but hey if Fury is getting that much, maybe Crawford next negotiations needs to ask for that as well lol.

Yea sometimes it happens I mean Ward v Kov11 had to lose money but at that level they don't too often and are deff not willing. They are willing to lose money bringing up a prospect but not at that level.I think PBC should have with one of those FOX dates you have a GREAT chance to attract eyes and grow your product but their too greedy.Of course the fighters are not gonna give up some money so the next guy has better ratings and makes more and cant blame them.Promoters should though if their looking at long term but ALL they are these days is TV execs' who just secure TV dates.

just like we are getting a peter Quillin vs Caleb Truax main event Saturday. If both of those guys disappeared forever who would care? Or Munguia Hogan. They are trying to give us Tank vs gamboa. This recycling is ridiculous.

crawford is locked in for like 4 more years. He still making more than danny Garcias Thurman’s etc just made and that is going back to his Benavidez fight. Not talking about this ppv venture.

Totally agree here. Pay the deserving boxers well. Loma more than deserves it.

A fight against Davis next year might get him 20 mill or more. Loma in an interview twice said Davis is his mega fight. Mega fight isn't just about the money, it's also about the challenge one faces. Loma knows what's up? He's right.

Let's make this fight or Lopez next.

Is it four more years? If so, Crawford is a moron even if he was to stay the rest of his career with TR. You just lose leverage doing that. He should have never signed for more than four fights (2 years).

thats what he did. But he has 2 years left on his deal when he did it. How’s he a moron. After Pacquiao he’s he 2nd biggest paid welterweight in the game after Pac.
