Loma has a max of two years (his body is breaking down, believe it or not, almost past prime. Doesn't depend on age.). It'd be sad to be wasted on cans while making peanuts.

We disagree, and it's all good. I've never learned how to insult people, it's rude and crude, so please spare me that.

    Cheers.
I didn't insult you, I called you a hater, wich is not an insult...

I don't care about Lomas bank account, but if you do fine my bro, maybe he's looking for a banker lol

Dude has taken a lot of risks, weither it is butthurting for you to admit or not.
World Champions and Cans sometimes go hand and hand unfortunately. Bottom line is Loma hasn’t fought anyone with a pulse since he fought a blown up Rigo, which Rigo clearly had self imposed handicaps.

He clearly AVOIDED his career defining fight against Mikey Garcia, and now seems to be pretending Lopez doesn’t exist at all while zeroing in on a guy who’s a division below him. It’s tacky and it looks bad !

Loma isn’t there to do him favours, if Top rank thinks Lopez was that good then they wouldn’t want him to wait for another three fights for Loma to be war torn before putting Lopez in with him.... Lopez is more marketable for Top rank than Loma, you should know that if you know your boxing, hence why they are protecting him. Do I want to see this fight now? Of course, but even if it doesn’t happen I couldn’t care less because I don’t think the kid stands a chance, I would rather Tank Davis fight Loma than Lopez.
The division is weak, so much so that Loma is stalking Tank who’s currently a division under him. So Loma would be doing HIMSELF the biggest favor.

Otherwise, line up the next 100/1 Can

Teo will get it and Mikey too IMO, Mikey coming back to 135.

He is a gun, that’s y watching him fight Can after Can gets a bit frustrating. He’s too good to be constantly fighting sub par opposition.

Lopez is about to take his first 12-round fight...why on earth would someone wants to see him fight loma at this point in his young career just because he looked like a killer in his previous fights and he's calling out loma?

and lol at you for saying you want to see this fight because you're a boxing fan...you're not. a true boxing fan would want to see more of lopez to take on higher level fights before he fights the best/p4p fighter in his division.

just take a look at fernando vargas and jeff lacy for boxing references. 2 undefeated fighters who've accomplished far more than lopez before they got rushed to fight tito trinidad and joe calzaghe respectively. they looked like killers too with devastating punching power but look what happened to them? they were never the same again after those humbling defeats.

why would you want that for a promising young fighter like lopez?

U make some good points, but u gotta let the young gun navigate his own destiny. If he feels he ready he’ll either be right or taught a lesson.

Furthermore, some fighters get better after they zealously bite off more than they can chew. Look at Canelo. Loma lost to Salido early on and only got better from it.

As far as ur Jeff Lacy comment goes, some contenders pass the initial eye test, but then get exposed as one dimensional pretenders. So it wasn’t that Jeff Lacy was ruined by getting put in there with someone really good too early. He was one dimensional and got exposed. Same as Nicholas Walters.

He fought what the best division had to offer and that's not his fault.

All the champions he fought were former world champs and top 10 in the division.

You cant even argue the fact that Linares, who isnt an ATG but just a solid guy wasnt a good win when he was legitimately the 2nd best in the division. How many people at 135 are better than Linares? How many guys would fight him in their first fight at a new weight?

Sure there were some cans along the way but it's not like he padded his record like ahem, Mikey Garcia, and KOed 30 cans before any real fights.

And please dude. He did not avoid Mikey. I dont know why you people keep on spewing these lies. Mikey and Lomachenko have never even fought in the same division till now and the moment Lomachenko arrives Mikey is gone.

We all saw how he doesnt have a chance at 147 and at 140 there are still big question marks. We all know his best weight is 135. Come and get it.
