Mannix is doing too much shilling for DAZN lately so he's dropped on my list, but yea he's a quality boxing guy overall.

And the 2nd podcast you bring up is Fistianados. Thats among my favorites too.

Thats legit about his hosting talents. I do feel like he's improving, but clearly he's not a guy who's got a lot of time on the mic.

Worst boxing podcast of all time award goes to Malignaggi's podcast. I don't know if they do it anymore, but it was just Paulie and his childhood friends whining about Connor Mcgregor and ********.
There are waaaaaaay worse ones out there trust me.

But yea for a high profile boxing podcast that one is massively hit or miss unlike few others. I like that rant sh^t Paulie & Peter Cards can do, but they've been distancing themselves from boxing & they do their show infrequently (think its been re-booted like 3 or 4 times already after various stops of a few months or longer) so its dropped on my list & I don't listen to it as often as I used to.

Have you tried listening to State of Combat? They do specific shows aimed at MMA & Pro Wrestling to, but there boxing show is pretty funny compared to most boxing podcasts out there that either take themselves too seriously or just do hour long rants/b^tchfests in less entertaining ways than Atlas & Paulie.

Also if you like Fistianados you should try Boxing Esq. He's a lawyer who's managed several fighters & has a lot of interesting "business of boxing" type guests that you may find worthwhile if thats your thing. Not a great interviewer (says "awesome" & "absolutely" more than I've ever heard anyone say either word in such a short period of time), but he seems to know enough about the business & does his homework enough to be able to get some good talks going with his guests that are entertaining or eye opening.

Real good episode of The Fight with Teddy Atlas & Ken Rideout.

They talk to Julian "J Rock" Williams about the Hurd win, what he learned from the Charlo loss, how too many are focused on 0's, his upbringing as a child of a single parent with a father in prison, his religion & his investments among other things. Bout 1:39 long but a quality listen if you don't know much about J Rock or just wanna know a little more as I'm sure there are some new things you've not heard at all or in the same details here.

Good episode of TKO with Carl Frampton with guest Heather Hardy talking about the issues with boxing, womens boxing specifically & her own experiences with boxing vs MMA.

Costello and bunce is probably the best (but is uk focused).

Pound for pound - new but looks Goode

The last round - mixed for me, can sometimes be really good.

Chris mannix - again mixed for me. Can be good but I often find the conversations a bit too long and with little point.

My last one is mixed combat radio; it’s the old cast of the boxing voice. Same sort of format but far more level headed and rationale (it isn’t all about pro Crawford and wilder and anti Hearn and AJ all the time)

Mannix used to be my favorite boxing podcast & I like & prefer a long & usually therefore deeper conversation, but as of late since Mannix got hired to DAZN he's been DAZN, DAZN, DAZN all the time & always strongly leaning towards DAZN fighters in all his comments & its gotten very shill-y over there. Still enjoy him & more positives with him then negatives don't get me wrong, but he's dropped from my clear #1 favorite podcast.

And yea Bunce is gold to me. Bunce, to me, is like the UK Max or Teddy in that he's got strong opinions & I appreciate his opinions regardless if I agree with them cuz of his passion for said opinions. ANYONE who's on the level of Max, Teddy or Steve is a guy I'm gonna like a lot by default.

Apparently Eddie Hearn just started a podcast called No Passion, No Point about 6 weeks ago that I'm just hearing about now.

Only 5 episodes so far with him talking to more non-boxers (Mayor of London, Musicians & non-boxing athletes) than boxers (Katie Taylor & amateur/novelty fighter KSI), but gonna have to check this one out.

                  Link to Itunes

Here's his episode with KSI. Just audio, no video.
