Dude, I'd be down for it. Let's connect very soon. DM me.I'll definitely check it out now. You should try out State Of Combat if you like funny. Those guys are cracking jokes half the show & got a board of sound bite drops they mix into the show to. A ton of which are Dwyer ones cuz that cat says so much unintentional funny things how could you not.
Odd decision. Podcasting seems easier than filming. And its obviously easier to have a high production sounding show then a high production looking show.
We should talk in a month or two when I'll have some more time than I've had lately if your okay with doing it with a random stranger online. I liked your show & it was one of the few I thought was quality on YT before the sheer garbage of YT stuff made me flee from there. I was talking to a NSB cat about doing a podcast, but right when I got a third party I respect a lot interested to be on the show to & was ready to get started he bailed & doesn't answer my PM's on here for some reason I don't exactly get. Feel like I got too high & MeToo'd him or some sh^t.Comment

I hear a lot of people talk about Boxing Rant, but those mfers are waaaaaaaaay too negative for me lol. I've listened to a few of their episodes & those guys legit just rant about things they hate about boxing the whole or most of the mfer show.
Plus they seem a lil too biased for me for a lil too often. Like I know Steve Kim is biased as f#ck to a lot of people & I kinda view him as a Bill O'Reilly or Rachael Maddow of boxing media, but logic & reasonablity wins out with him quite often too. Idk if thats the case with most biased guys. They can't let off the gas on their biases.
Respect on the heads up on that BDA Boxing podcast. I legit hadn't even heard of that one despite it looking like its been around for almost a year apparently. Looking at the shows it seems like it might have some potential. Will check it out. Thanks for mentioning it.
Thats what I dig about this type of thread. I think I follow damn near EVERY boxing podcast even if I don't listen to all of them, but its still an evolving market & new sh^t is popping up all the time some of which will surely be of quality & worth listening to regularly.

I just take their rants for jokes and personally find them entertaining. I don't necessarily agree with everything they say, but I enjoy their podcasts a lot for a couple of reasons.I hear a lot of people talk about Boxing Rant, but those mfers are waaaaaaaaay too negative for me lol. Speaking of BDA, I don't want to appear biased as I'm a panelist there since a couple of months ago (I'm participating when my schedule & the time zone differences allow me to), but I joined it as to me it is the one I liked the most because a lot of the panelists are extremely knowledgeable boxing fans in my opinion. Also, one of the differences between BDA & the other podcasts is that it isn't a "professional" podcast, meaning that they don't sound like some corporate boxing show, it's just a bunch of boxing fans giving their opinions, which are often different. There's guys from everywhere. On the other hand, the thing which you may not like is that they/we often go off topic and start talking about any subject wich isn't boxing related at all, especially if there are no good boxing fights coming up or if there's nothing new to say. So it may not be easy to catch up at the first listening. But there's some changes already, they/we decided to go less off topic, plus since recently the listeners can call in.Comment

I thought of it as a jokey type thing to, but it got old to me real quick is the thing I guess. I kinda hate podcasts that just bust boxing's balls all day. I find them unlistenable.
Yea thats fine. I dig fan podcasts if they are quality. Its sorta like the YT sphere though still with a lot of garbage, but there are some diamonds in the rough like Sunday Puncher, Unprofessional Boxing Podcast & I hear New Age Boxing (but like BDA Boxing I haven't checked it out yet so can't confirm) so if this is another one I'll gladly add it to my rotation.Speaking of BDA, I don't want to appear biased as I'm a panelist there since a couple of months ago (I'm participating when my schedule & the time zone differences allow me to), but I joined it as to me it is the one I liked the most because a lot of the panelists are extremely knowledgeable boxing fans in my opinion. New Boxing Podcast Review
Corner To Corner (Leave It In The Ring network)
Premise: A breakdown of a specific upcoming fight
Host: David Duenez (host of the main LIITR show w/Gabriel Montoya)
Episode Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2019/Episode 1, Shields vs Hammer breakdown
Length: 35 minutes
Link to Podcast: https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/lea...alk-radio-feed
David is a lil too rant-oriented for me which is why I don't listen to his main show very often. He spends the first 5 minutes of this episode ranting on womens boxing & why its more legit than it is to me & most boxing fans. Solid enough breakdown of each fighters talents, tendencies & weaknesses doe. But I think he misses the boat by not actually making a pick after his breakdown of each fighter & how he thinks the fight could go which makes this a short podcast that feels like it doesn't really go anywhere.
I'd like to see a podcast like this that does the breakdown of each fighter + the expectations of what that means for the fight + what they think that means in regards who they like winning either with a official pick &/or just a % guessimate of who they think the outcome leans towards. Would be cool to see a aftershow of this show that goes over what the person got right or wrong & a more detailed breakdown of the fight itself round by round. Think it'd be more interesting with someone who's a lil more eloquent in breaking things down like a Lee Wylie type or even have a regular host of a trainer or a guest co-host rotation of trainers.

If you aren't watching Hotboxin' with Mike Tyson you are missing out. This is the weirdest f#cking podcast ever. And they got Piers Morgan to smoke a joint.
I highly recommend the Terry Crews episode for positivity & the Roseanne Barr episode for pure insanity, but honestly any episode is a lil f#cking nuts.

Mannix is the only one I can listen to regularly. The one with the former HBO analyst (Business of Boxing?) is interesting but the guy just isn't a good host and I find myself tuning out.
I miss John and Ric from Boxing Truth Radio.... those were the glory days.
Worst boxing podcast of all time award goes to Malignaggi's podcast. I don't know if they do it anymore, but it was just Paulie and his childhood friends whining about Connor Mcgregor and ********.
