Looking back on this, the people in the video didn't seem to like Lewis.

Born in the UK, both parents Jamaican, spent his teens in Canada, now spends much of his time in the US.

He's got a diverse background and that is reflected in his accent which doesn't quite belong to any of those places.

I think Lennox had a lot of trouble getting accepted by the British public. They probably didn’t view him as a real Brit because he represented Canada in the Olympics. At least that’s what I gathered from watching his fight with Bruno.
