We are having so many articles and threads as of lately trying to justify that this match-up is competitive. Are the PPV sales not performing well? Seems like people can't be fooled anymore and can easily sense when there is a cherrypick on the horizon.

I just hope Khan pulls off an upset though which I highly doubt it

SO let's see. Manny is fresh off an inability to hurt or drop Adrien Broner, just prior to that he lost to a schoolteacher. Yet people STILL say he has a chance to beat Floyd?

Shawn Porter is fresh off arguably losing to Ugas yet people swear he beats 98% of the division.

Keith "Got Timed" Thurman was getting beat from pillar to post by Josesito yet people swear he beats Manny.

Mikey Garcia just got taken to class and didn't even win a round against Spence yet people think he beats Lomachenko.


See, I can do that whole "last fight as a gauge" too.

First of all, Manny is old. Both against Broner and Horn. And I already mentioned to you before that Manny doesn't handle those wrestling tactics by Horn well and worse he doesn't retaliate dirty tactics.

Porter was never that good. I actually thought Ugas would upset him. Ugas disappointed me a little bit

Keith had 2 years layoff. He may get back to his usual fighting shape in his next bout (maybe still not). Plus he's fighting a 40-year old (see at top) so he should win it.

While Mikey was a disappointment against Spence, he's not giving up the same height, weight and reach disadvantage that he had against Loma. Plus, he's not gonna be favored to beat Loma, especially not this time, with his latest showing against Spence. And we don't know yet how much that loss affected Mikey mindset at this point.
