That's the plan I think. I don't know if he gets Campbell, but Pedraza should be easy to make. Arum even said he wants Lopez to headline in July and then take on one of the top LW contenders end of the year. And if he handles someone of Campbell's or Easter's or Pedraza's caliber, then no excuses to not make the Lomachenko fight. Would make sense for all parties.

It's a much better fight than Pedraza or Crolla or Marriaga or whoever. I'll give Linares his respect, but I would pick Lopez over him as well.

And Lomachenko won't get too much credit for beating him? How much credit is he getting for beating the likes of Marriaga or Sosa or Crolla anyways? That isn't his problem at all. And if/when Lopez goes on to achieve big things in boxing, the win will look very good down the line.
I wouldn't give Lomachenko much credit for beating Lopez at this point. Just like I don't give Floyd much credit for beating Canelo or Roy Jones for beating Hopkins, because those guys were very green at that stage and were years away from reaching their peak.

Of course I agree with that. I was talking about the people who want Lopez to fight Lomachenko right now, implying that Loma is scared or some dumb ****.

No disrespect, but not give Roy or Floyd credit for those wins is also plain ******. Canelo literally a year later beat Lara. Is he better now? Sure, but he was still damn good when Floyd schooled him, and same applies to Roy and BHop.

So does SRL not get credit for beating Hearns because he was only 22 years old when he beat him? BS, SRL beating Hearns is one of the absolute best wins of the last 40 years.

And as I said the win will only look better and better if Lopez ends up achieving big things in the sport.

Well those fights weren't prime vs prime, that's what i'm trying to say. One guy was very raw.

Again, nothing about Lomachenko's career suggests he is scared. As taken on all comers and will do the same here. Those that are saying he is scared have some type of agenda.

But Madison also has some agenda. Wants to completely write Lopez off as if fighting guys like Crolla is better.

No one should worry about Lomachenko schooling Lopez. That would be great and wouldn't hurt Lomachenko one bit. Will be a nice payday while at the same time beating up someone who has been running their mouth like crazy. Win/win if you ask me.

Because people are demanding the fight does that mean lomachenko gets credit if he beats him??? Am i missing something cause this kid is a prospect and an absolute nobody, pretty sure people were crying about lomachenkos amateur record only being great cause he fought kids, but now they are demanding he fights one straight away or 'he scared'
Because Loma is NOT the p4p number one unless you ask the media.

Lopez beats him to a bloody pulp

I'd like too see him fight guys like Easter, Commey and Haney before throwing him in with Loma.
