Why is Spence the chicken and not them?
Look guys, Errol the Chicken Spence has a fanboy defending him, that's cute

Guessing it's the guarantees they drum up. That and/or they want to juice up a bit.

Worked for Floyd. Canelo. Etc. So that's not the hindrance.

Really, if you are a PPV level fighter, then being with Haymon just maximizes your earning power. And Spence also sold his own personal merchandise at the fight.

I remember Floyd would pay for all the food/drinks/merchandise sold at the fights and then take the profits from all sales. Wonder if Haymon does that with other fighters as well?
Nah. It was unique to Floyd and the MGM.

Nice, that would be a good scrap. It's interesting, stylewise, especially after their last fights.

No one is going to watch Canelo fight, while Fox Sports will likely again push Spence's fight for a good 6 weeks.

Thurman-Pacquiao in early July, SpenceJr-Porter in late August.

An easy 6 weeks between PPVs is alright
