When has Pac ever to been scared to fight anyone. A 40 yr old past prime should not be the Spence target either. If Haymon sets up a Pac v Spence fight, Pac will gladly oblige. Now whether he wins or not, might be a different story but at least hes still giving it a go fighting legit boxers and not MMA fighters. He's about to fight Thurman as an out of prime fighter. The guy has done more and given us more memorable fights in his era than anyone else, he deserve everyone's respect. By the way, prime for prime, Pac vs Spence would not be a hard fight for pac to win.

You should keep that same energy for your favorite boxers my friend.

Garcia vs Luke Campbell (mandatory defense) is a good and marketable fight, Commey's injury has now helped make a Garcia-Commey unification fight make more sense, and doing so freezes out Teofimio Lopez for another year, and leaves Vasyl Lomachenko with no viable headline fights (a little pettiness is warranted after Arum froze him out for two years).

Only issue is if he can still make the weight properly; he makes it down and it's three fights to seal the division, before heading to 140lbs and eyeing Prograis, Figueroa Jr, and even Ramirez.
I doubt he ever returns to 135.

I am fine with Pac not fighting Spence. Even in his prime Pac-Spence is a highly contested bout. Pac-Thurman works for me with the winner facing Porter-Spence afterwards.

Thurman, Spence, Crawford these guys are all the same--They are all very very dangerous to a 40-year old past his prime legend and far more than capable of delivering that beating to superstars who are already one foot out of the door.

The only reason Thurman looks like the lesser dangerous of the three is that he got caught in his recent fight, but he has legitimate excuse for it that is fairly acceptable. For hardcore fans, some don't want to reward Thurman with a Manny Pacquiao fight knowing he avoided an Errol Spence fight which should have happened long ago that could have helped elevate boxing in a positive way with their unification fight.

Make no mistake though, the reality is, Thurman has more claim in fighting Pacquiao than Errol and Crawford because he is more accomplished than those two.

And finally, where does Pacquiao goes from here anyway, as long as there is no Mayweather fight, he would eventually end up fighting Spence and maybe Crawford if he continues to be successful.
