First - getting randomly harassed at nightclub is not OK. It's assault, plain and simple.

And this case is worse. This was a PROFESSIONAL atmosphere. I don't know if most people have never had a job in their life or something, but there's 0% chance any of you would do something this idiotic at your own workplace.

It didnt look professional to me the way she was acting and what she was wearing. U dont see michelle joy Phelps acting like that. All that needs to be done is for him to say sorry and that he misread her intentions. Yea he was dumb for doing it but the guy just won a fight, estastic and probably thought it was romantic to kiss a girl that clearly (atleast in his eyes) liked him right after.

Man doesnt deserve a lawsuit against him, clearly she just wants his money. Circumstances matter.
If the roles were reversed and she kissed him there wouldnt even be an issue.

There is more to the story and she was being a groupie and I believe Pulev

Some guy from Bulgaria said on reddit that Kubrat was being very respectful to her but she was the one who kept following him around since the weigh in and would always hug him and was making it seem like she wanted more.

There is video and reporters who said she kept trying to pull him away during photos with fans acting like his girlfriend and going up to him hugging him all the time or having her arm around him

She was leading him on its wrong what she did, also Pulev told the Bulgarian TV that she was giving off signs that she wanted him bad, and would always talk about how manly he was or touch his stomach above his ***** and always press her breast on his stomach or side

One of the only people on here with any common sense ^ he wouldnt have kissed her out of nowhere if there wasnt more to the story, especially in front of a camera. People on this forum are dumb as hell i swear, she was counting her lucky stars when that kiss happened and shes made it as public as possible that shes going to sue. What Pulev did was ****** no doubt but I'm definitely sensing that the reporter chick "played" him and probably led Pulev to believe it was okay for him to kiss her.

He just needs to settle it out of court and pay her off, either that or fight the case but unless he has evidence of her being at the after party acting a fool then he should settle. If she was "traumatised" by the kiss then there is no way she should have been comfortable being at a party with him. Hopefully the case is thrown out and Pulev learns from this. Don't like to see money grabbers rewarded.

To those saying there's nothing wrong with giving girls unsolicited kisses on the lips you need to re-evaluate society and your surroundings, don't be a fool man.... it's never been okay to do that, only difference is now you can sue people for doing it.
