This situation reminds me of a favorite vista of mine in San Francisco... You can see the entire city from this point, on top of a mountain... You could in theory have two tourists back to back speaking to each other, one looking north East and one looking SouthEast... The one tourist seeing the skyline area says "Wow so many tall buildings!" The other tourist seeing the outlining areas, the Mission etc, says "Wow, big city but no skyline!"

Fury did rock wilder in the 12th just after the kd. He hit him with a 2 piece that caused wilder to hold on and abandon going for the ko for the remainder of the round.

Wilder abandoned going for KO after his 1st two trys matter a fact when he tried to throw punch after on 3rd time the punch started dropping before it got there he was COMPLETLY gassed.Fury did land a couple of good shots after KD but did not see Wilder get hurt he was just gassed.Go back and watch right after KD he tries twice and Fury slips and holds then he went back a 3rd time and he had NOTHING.I knew right there with even little over min left that Fury would make it and Wilder better stop trying because he was tired as f@#k.

I literally couldn’t tell whether Fury was being given a ten count or a field sobriety test. But like you said, that’s just how they do it now. On one hand, it frustrates you as a fan, especially when you have a rooting interest in the fight. But on the other hand, I’m all for increased fighter safety. And I’ve seen way too many guys take brutal finishing shots when they were clearly unable to defend themselves.

Im fine(with extra time) as long as they quit stopping fights sooooo early.You can make sport only so safe without ruining it.This all began right after NFL CTE story broke and these hypocrite commentators starting acting like they just found out getting hit in head is bad for brain.They have known since at least the 40s and if they REALLY want to stop so many fighters from getting hurt then quit letting CLEARLY damaged fighters from figting(Toney)and shot fighters(R Jones).Im not a blood goul watched family box and I have also(just AM)and don't like seeing Cooney v Norton,Mercer v Morrison,and Griiffen v Paret KOs.But overcoming adversity is part of sport and now they have ALL the corner men/refs SCARED because now if something happens they know their namr will be drug thru mud.Look at A Stevenson NO ONE could have seen that coming and NO WAY was that late stoppage its nature of sport sometimes its just gonna happen.Not letting damaged/shot fighter's fight would stp a lot of damage.

Wilder needed 3 minutes to recover from 45 year old Ortiz...and the ref helped Deontay for like 30 seconds in that round...

I ask you to look again if it don't change your opinion then fine I have no prob with agreeing to disagree.I would not surprised if he did hang on though because he really was gassed and to be fair im sure a lot of it was from missing so much because he has shown good engine.The Ortiz fight was more brutal but he never missed and got frustrated as much.Also 1st stieverne fight he went 12 but completely at his pace and again did not miss so much.Thats all due to Fury defense.

At around 1:40 or so fury hit wilder with a flush right hand left hook that shook wilder...that is what I saw.
