Hells ya. He knows his ***** more than the average poster, that's for sure.
Do you consider Joe Rogan an educated mind when it comes to boxing?

I don't consider him an educated mind in general. Can't stand that pseudo intellectual bullshyt act.
As far as boxing goes, he's shown himself to be a clown. Some of the statements.
He makes NSB trolls look like boxing historians and I say that with no exaggeration.

And what is so complicated about boxing?
Here, this guy said it best:
...and what is complicated about boxing as a sport anyway? i don't get it why some people are always talking about boxing knowledge like it's a complicated thing? there's nothing deep about boxing that you have to go through some lessons to learn it. even uneducated people can acquire boxing knowledge. i bet some of these people bragging about boxing knowledge are either uneducated or unemployed who happens to have lots of free time to scour the internet and watch fights on youtube.Comment

Well he gave a lot of fighters and boxing personalities a platform to speak in front of a very big audience and to get a lot of publicity so I respect him for that being an MMA guy.
With that being said, to me he's not really a boxing expert or even a boxing mind, but he knows enough to interview boxers and make the interviews interesting. He knows a thing or 2 about past champions of the 80s and 90s and it seemed to me that he was a fan just like Dana White before the whole UFC thing broke out.
I think the whole UFC vs boxing thing is completely pointless so I don't hold any grudge against anyone from the UFC or MMA. I like his podcasts and I listen to them very often especially on my commute to work. he gets great guests on very often and he lets people talk which I appreciate.Last edited by Dip_Slide; 03-24-2019, 06:37 PM.Comment

Absolutely no, no no no no no. The guy has openly mocked boxing before - being a midget of a man he was picked on as a kid, if he got into boxing he'd have to train and spar with bigger men who'd take his head off.
Thus, we arrive at Joe starting something safe like BJJ where he can fulfill his ********** fantasies of rolling around on the floor with other men in a safe environment, which simultaneously acts as a way of convincing others he is an MMA Hardman (albeit at 4foot nothing, bald head, steroid abuse and now ultimately the years of abuse has caught up with him and his body no longer naturally produces testosterone, hence why he is such an emotional bytch that cries all the time and talks like a woman on Oprah or 'The Circle')Comment
