A right hand that evens up a fight or completely turns the tide.Originally posted by fistsofstonei don't really understand what you mean by a "survival-mode" right hand?
Like when a guy is getting beaten up or even in danger of being stopped.Comment

hmm, nigel benn had that spin off the ropes where he could hurt you with that right hand. often when it looked like benn was shaken up, he'd suddenly spring into life.Comment

Julian Jacksoncito.......**** was dangerousito.Originally posted by jack_the_rippuhI won't make a poll because I know I'll probably end up leaving alot of fighters out...but who do you think had the ability to land most lethal right hand in a moment of danger?
Hearns had a pretty dangerous one from what I seen and heard. In the Hagler fight he actually shocked Hagler with his power in the first round when he landed that brutal right hand when Hagler was swarming him. I once read an interview with Steward talking about Hearns' right hand and how he had the ability to land it when he was in danger. One time he was sparring with McClellan and even though he did land it flush when Gerald started to crowd him...Gerald just walked throughit.
