The titles on face value dont mean as much as the guy you take them from, the opponents form going into the fight and the conditions of the fight all play a part in credibility, on face value the titles alone dont mean a great deal.

I give him a decent chance to beat Crawford (like 20%), who came up to the division himself. He also has a decent chance of outboxing Porter. But anyone with legit 147 power is too much for him.
