It doesn't work like that because they are banking on a large percent of those Canelo fans sticking around. And the ones that don't they get at least 20 bucks every time he fights. If only half of the Canelo fans go year round at 100 bucks that's 50M. The key is giving fans enough content to stay year long.Comment

People will spend 100$ a WEEK on mcdonalds/fast food but flip out because DAZN is 100$ A YEAR. LMFAO. Boxing fans arent *****!Comment

I agree with you on the espn+ app. Best value out out there by far for under $5 a month when you pay for it yearly.Comment

the price went down for people already subscribing. You pay yearly for 8.33 a month. If you subscribe anyway you would jump on it.Comment

I like how some are comparing contents of what it has compared to hbo showtime etc....
sure pay for hbo showtime.... you get boxing... maybe some movies game of thrones or whatever... thats all nice and dandy...
but when the really good fights happen I have to shell out close to $100 just for that one night.....
great that hey have boxing... but if you dont watch nothing else you are wasting your money.....
two questions....
does hbo/showtime have fights on nearly every single weekend yes or no?
DAZN will have either boxing or mma on every weekend.... oh and its only gonna cost a yearly price of $8.33 per month if you buy the whole years worth.....
you can quickly backtrack, and replay LIVE STREAMING... so if you miss something in a LIVE FIGHT, while they are on break at the corners you can quickly backtrack to see what you missed and then click on the "live" button to go back to the live viewing. Also they have a library of fights that I can watch at anytime that I want. Either on my phone or on my smart tv
Can you do any of this with HBO or showtime?Comment

I understand they are banking on customers signing up for the year long subscription to keep that revenue flowing. I just don't see this service as something to keep year long just to watch two maybe three BIG fights a year. DAZN is going to have to continuously put together the matchups fans want to see in order for that to happen.Comment
