I guess too many people on here can't and it's sad.
It’s more to do with the cards they have put on so far than the price really the fights along with the other content for majority of American people not worth a month to month 20 bucks or 99 yearly when have espn+ for 4.99 and can watch sports that Americans actually watch... I’m subscribe for a year and I only watched pedvetkin/Joshua so far even the new ufc deal they signed with espn other day is cheaper

If people are choosing when to, and when not to, point their finger at him based on if the move is positive or negative instead of who is actually making the decision, then it's on them and what narrative they are wanting to push.
You're absolutely correct. While Eddie Hearn may have artistic and creative autonomy over the boxing content on DAZN; However in no way, shape or form is he the face of it; John Skipper, the Chairman of both the Perform Group and DAZN is.

However Eddie Hearn is a partner in the company and was hired by Skipper to run the boxing operations of DAZN. Therefore he does share some culpability for this new price hike and the company tanking; Partly due to his mismanagement of the funds given to him by DAZN for its boxing content.

For instance, I heard him boast the other day in an interview on how much involvement he had in the Canelo Alvarez signing; That put the company in the red before they can even build a strong subscription base for the new platform yet. Which was something I believed was a very reckless thing to do at the time.

Therefore, both Skipper and Hearn are responsible.

Surprised they would double the price this early, but I still get to do 10 bucks a month for another year, so it's alright by me

Does anyone know if DAZN is available in bars and restaurants like PPV fights are? If so then cool because many casual fans like to watch in that atmosphere.

If not, how and where do casual fans go to see the big DAZN fights?

The main issue is when they get a few people to drop that $100 they will then add another change. Like charging another $10 to watch Canelo fight. I just went through this with a movie app.

The ones who are whining about this simply can't afford to pony up the 100 bucks upfront... That's what I find so hilarious.

Yes they have a deal with Bars, Clubs and Movie Theaters. Canelo/Fielding aired live in all the same places his past PPVs did. My buddy saw Canelo/Fielding at Hooters.

They spent to much fu$$in money, now they have to punish the people that actually subscribed to the platform.

A price increase should not happen for a year at a minimum, there is the result of a very poor business plan.
