The fight between Mikey and Errol turned out pretty much the way most of us expected...except Mikey didn't get KO'd. If anything, I would say Mikey Garcia did even better than most of us expected. In the NSB poll the majority of people voted that Spence would KO Garcia...Most of us thought Garcia was too small to be fighting one of the top welterweights. It's hard to call that "exposed". Having said all that, I've never considered Mikey to be unbeatable. He has some very average attributes in his game even though he has some very good boxing fundamentals. I'm not even sure how much this fight really tells me about Errol Spence. I expected a definitive destruction of Garcia. If Spence could have done that, he would have..but he didn't.
