Comments Thread For: Andrade: Now I Have A Reason To Know Sulecki A Little Better

It wasn't the showcase performance Maciej Sulecki had hoped to deliver in pleading his case for a title shot, but nevertheless a win that should get him to his desired next destination. The middleweight contender from Poland saw a near flawless performance versus Gabriel Rosado flirt with disaster, surviving a pair of late knockdowns after scoring two of his own to score a 10-round decision win Friday evening on the road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The bout aired live on DAZN, which has become the home to the top middleweights, lncluding all four major titlists.

I don't get this guy. All the talent in the world and can't get out of his own way. One dumb decision after another (business-wise and personal) and has yet to face an A-level opponent. If he gave selucki that'll be the first semi-live body that he's faced in a while. Mr. Boo boo needs to get his s--- together.

Really excellent fight if you missed it. It’s available on the Dailymotion and is worth a watch if you have the time. To me it looks like Sulecki is making a real effort to sit down on his shots a little more than he has in the past.

“I admit, I haven’t seen much of Sulecki, I saw him fight Jacobs and maybe one other time. Now, I have a reason to get to know him a little better.”

        WTF Andrade....?
Did you know Golovkin is currently looking an opponent?
What happened to "Put Golovkin in Front of Me - I'll Destroy Him"

Now is the time to call out GG. Since he is looking for an opponent, you've gone quiet as a mouse.

If Charlo sign to DAZN Andrade going to leave and sign with ESPN. He’s terrified of Charlo and any top contender. He’s lucky he won a vacant belt

You know what, Sulecki's rounds 1-8 were the probably the most impressive of the night. Going into the 9th I thought, this lad's definitely worth a title shot and would give any of the champ's a hard night's work. Looks like Sulecki's focus drifted that way as well and he got caught cold - in the end he was lucky to see the fight out.

First of all, that shouldn't have been an eliminator! Lastly, no one cares about this fight! Andrade keeps fighting the same level of fighters that he has since his days @ 154! Andrade vs. GGG! MAN UP!

As good as Sulecki's rounds 1-8 against Rosado were before he switched off, GGG is still WBO's #1 contender. Make the Andrade-GGG fight with Sulecki as 2nd mandatory if needs be but honour the ratings first, otherwise what's the point of the ratings system? Dillian Whyte would probably agree.

DAZN is clearly looking to match GGG with the winner of Cabell vs Jacobs in September. Andrade isn't going to get that fight even if he wants it. Lay off
