Spence beat a small guy, of course he was supposed win. It's just like as if Spence fought a 40 year old Pacquiao, of course he's going to win! Let's see him go to ESPN an try to do that to Terence Crawford.

Mikey wasn't just in survival mode he was completely outside his elements. Mikey's fight IQ was always better than his opponents'. In this fight his fight IQ was non existent. And worst of all for Mikey and all of Spence's opponents from now on is he saw everything Mikey was doing and was able to avoid taking anything meaningful. When he did get hit flush Mikey's power didn't phase him. This was a completely dominant performance against a good fighter.

I'm 100% convinced Spence will beat Crawford if they ever fight.
Nothing else to say here. Execellent post.

Still don't understand why garcia need to go up two weigh division to get a great fight like this while he can have equally great and winnable fights at lightweight and super lightweight. So the result was as expected and he didn't gave good fight with spence....

Loma fights a legend coming up 2 weight divisions and crushes him, stops him mid-way through the fight.

Spence was given the same circumstances and couldn't get his guy out of there. Should this performance be considered impressive or actually more of a letdown?

Yep. You don’t get credit from me for jumping up weight divisions and taking on a fight you know you can’t win as opposed to fighting the best in your own division.

I was pretty impressed by Spence's boxing ability. Not sure if it's Mikey's slow feet but at times I dare say Spence's defense and movement reminded me a little of Mayweather.
