Mikey embarrassed himself and ruined his career

Can call it chasing greatness but if u call someone out, say youve 'seen something' and then proceed to lose every round then you dont deserve a pat on the back. Smaller man or not, when youve been beat that badly the aura has completely gone and casuals will associate him with stinking out the place against spence. It was a nice payday for him but its hard to know where he goes from here. A lomachenko garcia fight wont be that big any more and if it does he will be the firm b side, what does mikey even bring to the table? Not a great cv thats for sure. Even khan gave canelo a few problems early, mikey literally did nothing and even though he went the distance he gave a worse account of himself imo. Was harsh on spence in the build up but he had no problems in the fight, easy payday for him,hes probably laughing at people who spent money on it based on a promotion built around mikey 'seeming confident' and 'Leonard duran doe'

Yeah, everyone gets things wrong with predictions etc but it was alarming how many people thought mikey could win or that it would be close. I told people it was nothing to look forward to and i got slaughtered and called a casual. Spence was 1/8 favourite wirh bookies for a reason initially before people started lumping money on garcia

That fight should not have gone 12. I think Spence and Garcia both threw money down on the OVER and most likely bet on a decision.

I honestly thought Garcia might have had something for him in the early rounds and would go for it but after the 4th round I knew it was going 12 because both guys were kind of in cruise control. Foolish of me to think that, since Garcia quit against Salido.

I told all these dudes before the fight that this was a mismatch that could possibly ruin Mikey's career. He didn't get KO'd but it was a bad beating. Turns out I was right for calling it a ****** fight

Why can’t we just give Spence credit for outclassing a great fighter in Mickey?
Why must we attack Mickey for his performance and not give credit to the guy who showed any doubter just how good he is?

I had Mikey winning by 2 rounds. Spence has no power and Mikey just laughed at his shots. Mikey is the peoples champion tonight, he exposed Spence.

What I found most startling, was not only how slow Mikey looked on his feet. Spence was faster with his hands also which surprised me. Mikeys feet looked to be stuck in mud as expected though. I always knew deep down that Mikey would struggle against a fighter who had a spring in their step. Last night he showed it.


If he goes down to fight Loma, he will struggle again. Mikey showed how bad he is with his feet against Easter early in their fight when Easter used some movement and then went back to his normal brawling self.
