He looks very plain; I suppose due to being so high up from his fighting weight. However, you can't underestimate the chemical capabilities of Conte, so you never know what's beneath all that plainness.

On the other hand, it looks like Spence has figured out how to get the steroids without growing boobies as much.

You can't just "add" muscle mass

You can't just add muscle mass when you feel like it.

If you go by bodybuilding standards, and actually juice, with roids, you'll only gain a net of about 6 lbs lean muscle IN A YEAR.

So if Mikey isn't juicing, and he's training in boxing -which actually depletes muscle mass and size ... How is it that you think he can just add muscle mass?

Yes, but a guy who's moving up a weight class or two you'd think he would put on some muscle mass. It shows that majority of his weight gain is just water and fat.

It's been rumored that Spence has never signed up for VADA testing before. He has always used USADA in the past.

This was his first time ever using VADA testing; According to my knowledge. I hope he'll be ok and I hope that Mikey isn't taking any designer steroids either by working with Victor Conte given his shady past.

I thought he was going to look like the Fernando Vargas when he fought De La Hoya. I like both fighters a lot but may the best man win.

I thought he looked flabbier when he fought at 140, so whatever he did seems to have worked alright for him. He's never been muscular so if he came in all shredded you'd almost worry more.

The closer we get to this fight, I can see Mikey in some very big trouble. I can see him doing extremely well in the early rounds of the fight by staying off the ropes, using his legs and getting his punches off first; Given his overall speed and quickness.

However at some point, Erroll is going to start to time him and find his rhythm. Also, another drawback of Mikey is that he is not an infighter either but Spence is. Erroll is a relentless body puncher.

Once Spence starts cutting off that ring and walking Mikey down with that stiff jab of is, he is going to draw Garcia into some very uncomfortable exchanges while targeting his midsection in the process.
