Look at his weigh in vs Easter at LW. He's never been ripped or toned above 126, he's always looked soft. The weigh in vs Salido he did show some muscle definition but I think there he was just dying and was more like a skeleton than a muscular guy.
Mikey looks like straight up ****

This only applies to people who have been weight training for years and maxed out. If you've never lifted you can gain 1 lb of muscle a weekYou can't just add muscle mass when you feel like it.
If you go by bodybuilding standards, and actually juice, with roids, you'll only gain a net of about 6 lbs lean muscle IN A YEAR.
So if Mikey isn't juicing, and he's training in boxing -which actually depletes muscle mass and size ... How is it that you think he can just add muscle mass?
You can put on 1-2 lbs of muscle tissue a week with an increased calorie intake and weight training. Not sure what you're talking about 6 lbs in a year.Comment

Holy crap! How did that not occur to me?! Now that you mention it, you're right! Spence doesn't have gynecomastia anymore! Hmm, I wonder what he did to change that? Maybe he's not on the juice anymore or maybe he's switched to a different kind of juice. Maybe some other reason? He looks very plain; I suppose due to being so high up from his fighting weight. However, you can't underestimate the chemical capabilities of Conte, so you never know what's beneath all that plainness.
On the other hand, it looks like Spence has figured out how to get the steroids without growing boobies as much.
Ah, just had an idea...Maybe he's just so lean for this weigh-in that he's lost his breasts....Hmm, I just don't know.Comment

I agree. I made a mistake in the past thinking he was a big lightweight because he weighed 149 on fight night for Easter. Seeing him at the weight in for Spence at 145.5 pounds he looked very soft. He is a lightweight pretending to be a welterweight. Spence made the weight with a half pound to spare so he isn't this jr middleweight draining down to welterweight. He looked great without an ounce of extra weight but not drained. Spence is a full sized natural welterweight who is lean and muscular. He is 28 years old so he is through growing at that age. He can stay at 147 as long as he wants to. He is going to destroy fatso Mikey.I see no muscle mass gain what so ever on his physique. He looks like a fat featherweight.

Mikey looks fine... woulda thought a forum full of boxing dudes would know better than to think a guy looking ripped makes a difference. Dude's lean, healthy looking... I still expect him to get smashed, but not because of his physique.Comment

Virgil Hunter said it would be in his best interest to come in at whatever was his best sparring weight. Maybe he's been sparring his best at or around 145?Comment

i guess he relied too much on his SNAC juices))I couldn't believe how soft he looked. I figured he'd get pretty lean and ripped and gain some muscle mass but damn, did he just do curls for 6 weeks?
I didn't think he had a shot anyhow to be honest, Spence may be a better fighter overall and then he's got all the physical advantage as well. Robert throws in the towel between rounds 9-10.Comment

Yeah, I agree with you. Mikey not only looks fine, but he's definitely gained some muscle. I doubt it'll save him though. Spence's constant pressure will be too much for Mikey, I suspect.Comment
