GGG most overated fighter of this Generation

Well, he clearly only won about 3 rounds against GGG first time, the whole world saw that. But it is what it is. Corrupt judging is just part of the game sadly.
I thought the Lara fight was probably a draw, or a slight edge to Lara. There was no ring generalship from Canelo in that fight at all, except he landed some nice body shots in the second half of the fight to probably even it up. He got lucky to get away with a win. Lara deserved a rematch, but Canelo takes his controversial wins and runs with them. It's one thing i respect about Floyd, if there was any doubts like Maidana and Castillo, even though he got the W, he got right back in to prove he can beat them more easily. Sadly Canelo doesn't have that mentality, even though i'm a fan of his ability. Had the judges giving him the win in the first GGG fight, he would've took the gift and never done a rematch, like he did with Lara.Comment

DIdn't see that post but I agree. Yeah when Hagler fought I believe there was no SW division. He would have had to move up unfortunately against Micheal Spinks. That would have been a sure loss. Hagler was a small Middleweight. This is not taking anything away anything from Hagler who was a tremendous fighter. Manny Stewart picked him to beat Monzon in a fantasy matchup.Comment

Nah, he outboxed golovkin in the 1st fight then beat the "Mexican Style" out of him in the 2nd fight.Well, he clearly only won about 3 rounds against GGG first time, the whole world saw that. But it is what it is. Corrupt judging is just part of the game sadly.

I actually gave Lara the 1st 3 rounds against Nelo then Nelo got aggressive with those body shots that almost stopped Lara from punching the rest of the fight & used his feet instead. Nelo was the one who told Oscar to make the fight with Lara & after that fight Oscar didn't want Nelo to rematch him. It would of been nice if they did though.Comment
