Jesus really? That's way more than i would have thought. Can't think the borefest plus the questionable decision sat well with the general public though

Let's not get carried away. Only one fight in 2018 did over a million on SHO and it was Wilder vs Ortiz.Comment

I think their blowing it!! ALL these FOX fight have been either showcase fights like leo's or maybe a good matchup like Porter v Ugas but Ugas is a total unknown to the casual fans(which you need to get 3mil).All promoters lose money developing a prospect they need to use one of these dates on FOX to REALLY bring it even if they lose a bit on 1 card..Matter a fact I could pick 3-5 matchups EASY that are at least a little more well and would be SURE fire barnburners as im sure many of us could.Could you just imagine Castilo vs Corrales1 being on free TV and ALL THE FANS that would create. And both them guys had been on HBO and had fought Floyd(it was before he became mega star)and it would not have cost as much as Porter v Ugas.Comment

With Fox Deportes and streaming the card did 1.736M on average. But what I want to see is the split between the Fox Deportes and streaming. I want to see just how many people are going streaming over linear when having the option of both essentially.Comment

Lets face it.......
Now that mayweather is officialy retired, boxing numbers will continue to remain depressing. Doesn't matter who's fighting.Comment

Once again...FOR BOXING those are Solid Numbers
Could be even better though with Better Match Ups! Also it is on the fighters, you have to IMPRESS the Casuals that are watching when you get that opportunity on FOX so that they can tune in to your next fight. Shawn Porter DID NOT do that and in fact I would say he eliminated himself from any shot at Headlining PPV with PacquiaoComment

Yes that's true, but they're not far off from what the UFC was doing and for a much cheaper deal. So I think FOX will be happy. And like others have alluded to. With better matchups bring better ratings. The UFC were putting on bigger/more competitive fights. So when the PBC start doing the same, hopefully the ratings will reflect that.Comment
