Writer starts off by saying, "Shawn Porter is already perceived as an accomplished fighter."
So what is there to change?
You change negative perception, not positive ones.
    Duh.

I always feel Porter is underappreciated. He's fought many of the top guys in his division and scored results against a few of them but he never gets as much recognition as other guys do. Boxrec ranks him #3 and that is testament to the consistent quality of his opposition.

He still has Ugas to deal with..Ugas is not easy & he could pull the upset like he's already done in the past.

Will always hate this guy's fighting style though if he is willing to fight Spence then I want him to win tonight.

I see no downside to Pacquiao and Thurman next. It seems both are interested, and it is a nice stylistic match-up. That is good theater.

Porter (if he beats Ugas) and Spence (if he handles Garcia) seem like a good fight. I think Porter should get a ton more respect than he does. Win or lose, his resume is the best of the 147 rank and file right now.

Damn I'm good. I've been calling Porter, Thurman, and D Garcia *ORDINARY* for eons now.

After tonight Ugas demonstrated how ORDINARY Porter is

Thanks a lot, Michael Rosenthal LMFAO

"Porter could retire now and be remembered as one of the better welterweights of the past decade. If he can somehow pull off his trifecta, he would climb onto pound-for-pound lists and be remembered as one of very best of his era."

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, MICHAEL???

                LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOO #BoratLogic at it's best !

Ugas won that. Had Porter hurt down the stretch in the championship rounds. PBC couldn't mess up the rematch with Thurman though. Boxing sucks.
